EINKit is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS. The IRS issues EINs for free. Content on this site is general information based on IRS publications, not tax or legal advice.

The SS-4 helper

The helper prepares a draft of the official Form SS-4 from the answers you enter. It does not submit an application or obtain an EIN. You are responsible for reviewing the PDF, completing any remaining fields, signing it, and confirming the current IRS fax number before you send it.

Accuracy

The IRS can change forms, fax numbers, and procedures without notice. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that any information is complete or current.

SingleFax services

SingleFax is a separate, paid service. Its terms of service and privacy policy apply to anything you send or buy there. Fax delivery does not establish IRS acceptance.

Do not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Monocube LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, including a rejected, delayed, or duplicate EIN application.
