EINKit (einkit.com) is operated by Monocube LLC, the company behind SingleFax. EINKit has no accounts, payments, or document uploads.

SS-4 helper

The SS-4 helper fills the official IRS Form SS-4 PDF inside your browser. Your answers are kept only in the memory of the open tab. They are not saved, not sent to our servers, and not included in analytics. Closing or refreshing the page clears them. The filled PDF is created on your device and downloaded directly to it.

Analytics and error reports

We use privacy-focused analytics to count page visits, and product analytics shared with SingleFax to understand how visitors use the site and to detect errors. Product analytics records page views, clicks on links and buttons, technical error reports, and these SS-4 helper steps: starting the helper, downloading the PDF, and continuing to SingleFax with the IRS fax route you chose. It stores a first-party identifier in your browser to count repeat visits. It never records your form answers and does not record session replays.

Technical request data

Our servers receive normal technical request information, such as the page requested, IP address, and browser headers.

Continuing to SingleFax

The “Upload & fax with SingleFax” link passes only the public IRS fax number you selected, the recipient name, the IRS office, and campaign tags that identify EINKit. Your answers and your PDF are not transferred; you choose what to upload on SingleFax. The SingleFax privacy policy applies there.
